Every order that waits is a customer kept waiting
WooCommerce tells you about new orders by email, and emails get buried. So someone ends up refreshing the Orders screen all day, and orders still slip through.
Buried in the inbox
Order emails land between newsletters and spam, so a new order can sit for hours before anyone spots it.
Refresh, refresh, refresh
Keeping the Orders screen open and reloading it all day is a job in itself, and it stops the moment you step away from the desk.
Slower dispatch
Orders that are spotted late are packed late. Customers notice, and same-day delivery promises get harder to keep.
Your orders, wherever you are
OrderHub gives your team two simple tools that show the same live list of orders: a phone app for when you're out and about, and a Chrome extension for the office.
A push alert for every new order
Add the app to your Home Screen in three taps. When an order comes in, the alert lands on your lock screen, even when the app is closed.
- Lock-screen alerts with the order number, value and customer (or just "New order", if you'd rather keep values private).
- Live order list with filters for All, Processing, On Hold and Completed.
- Today at a glance: the number of orders and their value so far today.
- Full order details: items, delivery address, customer notes, and tap to call or email the customer.
- Mark as processing straight from your phone, and open the order in WooCommerce in one tap.
- Quiet hours for evenings and weekends, set per phone.
A chime on the office computer
Install the extension in Chrome or Microsoft Edge on any Mac or PC. It sits in the toolbar, showing how many orders are waiting.
- Order count on the toolbar icon, always in view.
- A slide-in alert at the bottom of the screen with the new order's customer, value and items.
- Four alert sounds and a volume control, with a gentle repeat until someone has seen the order.
- One click to the order in WooCommerce.
- Ready to go: the download is already set up with your website address, so there's nothing to type in.
It looks like your app, because it is
Add your shop name, logo, app icon and brand colour once in WordPress. The phone app, its Home Screen icon and the Chrome extension all pick them up, and your staff see your brand, not ours.
Example shops shown. Upload your own square icon and logo, or use the standard bell icon in your brand colour.
Built for busy shops
No monthly fees per user and no third-party services to sign up to. OrderHub runs on your own WordPress site.
Instant push alerts
Sent straight from your website to Apple and Google the moment an order is placed or paid, with one alert per order.
Your whole team
Every shop manager and administrator can install the app on their own phone and computer, and choose their own alert settings.
You choose what alerts
Pick which order statuses appear, such as Processing and On hold. Unpaid and failed orders show for 24 hours without an alert.
Private and secure
Staff sign in with their own WordPress account. Alerts are encrypted and sent directly to Apple and Google, never through anyone else.
B2B or retail at a glance
Trade and retail orders are labelled, so the right person picks up the right order. You can switch the labels off.
No App Store
It's a Home Screen web app, so there's nothing to download from an app store and no store approval to wait for.
Total or subtotal
Show the full order total, or the goods value before delivery, in lists, alerts and the day's figures.
Quiet hours
Each phone can silence alerts overnight, and turn them back on in the morning.
Updates install themselves
New versions appear on your WordPress Updates screen, and yearly renewals install their new key on their own.
Three simple steps
Install and add your key
Upload OrderHub to WordPress like any other plugin, then paste the licence key we email you.
Add your brand
Choose your shop name and brand colour, and upload your logo and app icon. The app and extension use them automatically.
Scan and install
Scan the QR code with each phone and add the app to the Home Screen. Download the Chrome extension for the office computers.
Born in a busy sales office
OrderHub started life as a tool we built for a UK office supplies business, whose team needed to know about every web order straight away, whether they were at their desk or out of the office. It worked so well that we've turned it into a plugin any WooCommerce shop can use.
- Phone and computer, both showing the same live list of orders
- One alert per order, so there's no flood of duplicates
- Built by WebWorks Media, WordPress and WooCommerce specialists

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to download anything from the App Store?
No. The phone app is a Home Screen web app served by your own website. Scan the QR code in WordPress, sign in, and add it to the Home Screen. It opens full screen with your icon, just like an app.
Which phones and computers does it work on?
iPhone with iOS 16.4 or later, and Android phones with Chrome. The extension works in Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge on Mac and Windows.
How many staff can use it?
As many as you like. Anyone with a Shop Manager or Administrator account can install the app and the extension, at no extra cost per person.
Will it change my orders?
No. OrderHub shows your orders and sends alerts; it doesn't change order numbers, prices or emails. The only thing it can do is mark an On hold or Pending order as Processing when a member of staff taps the button.
Can I choose the alert sound?
In the Chrome extension, choose from four sounds and set the volume. On iPhone, push alerts use the phone's own notification sound, and the app plays your chosen sound when it's open on screen.
What does my website need?
WordPress 6.0 or later, WooCommerce 7.0 or later, PHP 7.4 or later and HTTPS (a padlock in the address bar). Most hosting already meets these. If your site uses page caching, exclude the /orderhub/ address; we can help with that.
How many sites can I use it on?
Each licence covers one website (with or without www). Local development sites never need a key. Need it on more than one site? Get in touch.
What happens if I don't renew?
OrderHub keeps working for 7 days after your licence ends, then pauses the alerts. Your devices, branding and settings are all kept, so it picks up where it left off as soon as you renew. Nothing needs reinstalling.
What if it's not right for my shop?
Ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full.
Be first to every order
Give your team instant order alerts on their phones and computers, in your own brand.
