Welcome to
WebWorks Media Limited. By using this website and our services, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.
1. About Us
WebWorks Media provides digital services including
website design, SEO,
social media management, consultancy, and ongoing maintenance. We are registered and based in the UK.
2. Services
We offer a mix of one-off services and ongoing plans, including monthly retainers and care packages. Details of what’s included can be found on our service pages.
2.1 Social Media Plans
If you’re on one of our social media plans, we’ll send content drafts at least 24 hours before scheduled posting. These will be emailed to the contact you’ve given us.
If we don’t hear back, we’ll assume you’re happy with the content and will go ahead with posting. We’re not liable for posts that go live without feedback or changes requested during the review window.
Please make sure our emails aren’t marked as spam and that you keep an eye on the email account we use for communication.
3. Payments
Payments are taken securely via Stripe. All services must be paid in advance unless we’ve agreed something different in writing. Recurring payments will be charged automatically based on your chosen plan.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
You can cancel any ongoing service by giving 30 days’ notice.
We don’t offer refunds for work that’s already been done. If work hasn’t started, a partial or full refund may be offered at our discretion.
5. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide all the information, logins, and content we need to carry out your service. If there are delays because of missing info, that may affect our timelines.
