Good to know
Do my customers need to download it from an app store?
No. They open a link or scan your QR code and add the app to their home screen in a few seconds. It works like any other app, including notifications, without an App Store or Google Play listing.
Does it work on iPhone?
Yes. On iPhone, customers add it to their Home Screen from Safari (the app shows them how), which switches on notifications. Android phones can install it straight from Chrome.
Which booking systems does it work with?
BookAgain Pro works with Amelia for WordPress straight away. Using a different booking platform or Google Calendar? We connect BookAgain Pro to it as part of your set-up.
Where is my customer data kept?
On your own website. Bookings, customers, messages and rewards stay in your WordPress database, not on a third-party platform.
Can my staff only see their own bookings?
Yes. Owners and managers see everything; you can limit employees to the bookings assigned to them.
What if it isn't right for us?
