NEW The friendly to-do board for WordPress

Every fix, idea and to-do, pinned to the page it’s about.

Spot something on your website, point at it, snap a screenshot, and it’s on the plan. Your whole team sees it, ticks it off and gets a little “ta-da!” 🎉

  • Any WordPress site
  • WooCommerce ready
  • Invisible to visitors

Sound familiar?

Websites are never “done”. Keeping track is the messy bit.

📨

Lost in the inbox

Fixes arrive by email, text and WhatsApp, and half of them quietly vanish.

🤔

“Which button?”

Vague messages mean three rounds of back-and-forth before anyone can fix a thing.

💡

Good ideas evaporate

That brilliant idea from last month? Nobody wrote it down anywhere useful.

⏰

Renewals sneak up

Hosting, domains and email lapse because nobody got a reminder in time.

How it works

Spot it. Pin it. Tick it.

1

Point at the exact bit you mean

Browsing your own site while logged in? Open the Action Plan tab, tap “Pin a section” and click the part of the page you mean. No more “the button near the top”.

Show, don’t tell ✏️

Snap a screenshot of the pinned bit, draw a box, add a label, and choose what it is and how important it is.

Tick it off. Hear the ta-da 🎉

Whoever’s on it gets a nudge, replies in the chat and ticks it off. A numbered pin on the page disappears, a cheerful sound plays, and the person who spotted it hears the good news.

Go on, try it

Tick something off. You’ll see why people love it.

This is a little demo of the side panel. Tick the circles and listen out. Every win gets a celebration, so getting through the list actually feels good.

Off-site jobs too

Hosting, email, domains and other services get their own home, with due dates so renewals never sneak up.

Sounds & buzzes

A ta-da when it’s done, a ding-dong when it’s urgent. With mute and quiet hours.

Visitors never see a thing and nothing loads for them. Screenshots stay on your own site, out of the Media Library.

  • 🚨Instant alerts when something urgent lands.

FAQ

Questions? 🙋

Can my website visitors see it?

No. Only logged-in team members see the side panel. Visitors don’t see it, and its files don’t even load for them.

Who can use it?

Admins always can. Editors and WooCommerce Shop Managers can too by default, and you can switch any role on or off in the settings.

Will it slow my site down?

No. Everything only loads for logged-in team members, so visitors get exactly the same fast site as before.

Where are screenshots stored?

On your own website, in a private folder kept out of the Media Library. Only logged-in team members can view them, and they’re shrunk automatically to save space.

Does it work with WooCommerce?

Yes. Shop, basket, checkout, account and product pages are all recognised, and there’s an Action Plan box on each product’s edit screen.

Do the phone buzzes work on iPhone?

Apple doesn’t let websites use vibration, so iPhones get the sounds only. Android phones get both.

What do I need to run it?

WordPress 6.0 or newer and PHP 7.4 or newer. For the emails, your site needs to be able to send mail (an SMTP plugin helps).
